I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Spargel wrapped in ham, and the room was super clean. My single room had everything I needed, including slippers and sparkling water. I liked little touches like being able to adjust the desk lamp’s brightness. I was there at the end of June 2025 for a professional event at St. Augustin university campus. A friendly young person at reception showed me around and got my card ready quickly, so I could settle in. The tram is just around the corner, a brief 7-9 minute walk. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The room felt a little old-fashioned, and I noticed a bit of dust in one corner, though it was otherwise clean and in good condition. I didn’t hear any noise. The bathroom had been renovated and was very clean, and the reception and service were great. Breakfast was exceptionally good. I think the hotel is at a very good level.

We stayed in the apartment, which felt both cozy and spacious. The staff were super friendly and, even though most didn’t speak English, they made sure we could communicate. We had a lovely stay.

The staff were lovely and the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Noise was the main problem: the rooms aren’t insulated, the floors are laminate, and you can hear noisy neighbors or people talking on their phones outside at all hours. The road is noisy too. The restaurant is only open in the evenings Monday through Thursday. We arrived in July, when the nearby restaurants were closed for the summer, so we had to order food in or go into Bonn.

We had a good terrace outside our room. The hotel is near the autobahn and a main road, so they provide earplugs. There’s no staffed bar and no restaurant in the evening.
