The breakfast was fabulous, and the hotel provides free parking. Our room was clean and spacious, with an oversized bed that was super comfortable. The bathroom felt a little small. The woman who runs the hotel was very kind and helpful.

Room 30 was lovely, with a newly fitted bathroom and a huge bed under a cozy duvet. The buffet breakfast was hard to beat, offering loads of choices, including fruit and homemade treats like rice pudding, pizza rolls, and meat salad, all presented with care. The owner and her young employee were so friendly. Thanks for such a great stay. We'd happily return.

That first look inside had us thinking, "Oh my God, how old!" But the hotel is being renovated, and the owners have a real eye for details. We loved the period furniture, the enormous bed with lovely satin sheets, and the paintings chosen for the walls. Breakfast was generous, especially the delicious homemade jams. We had a relaxing stay. The one thing we missed was a small kitchenette for making warm food in the evening.

Service was really friendly and nice. The house dates back to 1912 and has barely changed, so the rooms feel rustic and basic. The breakfast room is the nicest space. It could really use a complete renovation, and for the price, it doesn't feel like good value.
