That close, intimate feel really makes the place. And the food was superb!!

The rooms, including the toilets, were very clean. I also appreciated the fly net, something you don't often find in restaurants. The staff were thoughtful and friendly, and the food was really well made. The purée and onions with the Zwiebelrostbraten stood out.

I only dropped in for lunch, but I'd gladly return whenever. The atmosphere is charming, the service excellent, and the food fantastic. What else do you need?

The service was really friendly, and the deer schnitzel and Schweinbraten were top notch. We hadn't expected dishes this delicious. Don't assume it's just hotel food, it's a top restaurant in its own right.

Petra gave us a warm welcome and service that went above and beyond. The food was tasty, and the rooms were tidy with a cosy Bavarian feel. After we'd left, the owner promptly mailed back the watch I'd forgotten.
