Ferienhof Reichart

We'd happily return. The Reichart family are so nice, and we had a wonderful holiday on the farm. The mountain-view apartment was beautiful, with a fantastic panorama from the balcony.

The warm welcome from our hosts was what stayed with me most. Mrs. Künzel and her mother put together a lovely breakfast buffet, with delicious homemade yogurt and everything we could want. My young son and I felt very welcome, and our room was spotless, delightful, and looked out over the mountains. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'd love to return.

There was plenty for us to do around Scheidegg, and on arrival the landlady shared helpful ideas for day trips with children. This made our first holiday with our granddaughters a real pleasure. Our friendly hosts made us feel at home in the apartment, with a lovely view of the Allgäu and Bregenzerwald mountains. Behind the farmhouse was a big playground, and cattle, goats, and sheep grazed nearby. There were lots of children's books and games, though the nice weather meant we barely used them. We felt very much at home here.

We've stayed with Renate and Franz twice. Renate is always ready to listen and puts so much effort into making everyone happy. She even arranged a private guided hike in the mountains for us, ending with a barbecue on a mountain ridge. They're wonderful hosts, and the house is run with such care. If six stars were an option, this place would deserve them.
