Moseltraum Alte Schmiede

The location right by the Moselle River is lovely, with a restaurant and several good wineries nearby. We were four people, and having two bathrooms made mornings much easier. Fresh bread rolls were brought to us each morning when we asked, which was especially handy since there’s no local bakery. The village has only about 250 inhabitants, so there aren’t many attractions or activities there. You’d probably have to go to neighboring towns for more to do.

We’re here for the fourth time. Moseltraum 1 is spacious and beautiful, with a phenomenal view from its large, partly covered balcony, which has sun loungers and other amenities.

The view over the Moselle River is fantastic, and the apartment was clean, roomy, and very well equipped. The landlord also arranges bread delivery. We had nothing to complain about. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed the goulash soup and the fried potatoes with lecsó. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we were warmly welcomed. The menu was a bit limited yesterday, though they assured us it would change once the season starts. We enjoy Hungarian food and felt in good hands here. The schnitzel options sounded good too. Thanks for the hospitality, and keep it up, perhaps with a little more variety on the menu!
