We got a spacious, beautiful room for three with a balcony, plus a small fridge, and the view was incredible. It's great value for the area near Berchtesgaden, especially since finding a room for three or four can be hard without booking two hotel rooms. The restaurant food was very good, though service felt much friendlier in the morning than in the evening. One of three desserts arrived long after we'd finished the other two, as our server seemed to forget it. The hotel is on a somewhat busy road, so there can be noise early and late. It seems popular with hikers and cyclists. The drive in and out is beautiful, and it's a good base for driving to Berchtesgaden, the national park, and the eagles nest.

I stopped for a meal while passing through, and it was a beautiful place. The food was great, and the service even better. The blonde girl spoke perfect English and was attentive and helpful with my food intolerances.

Our room at Wurznwirt was spacious, clean, and looked recently updated. The bed felt a little too soft for us, but that was the only minor issue. Self check-in and check-out were both easy, and we had a pretty good one-night stay. Definitely a great deal!

You'll need a car, or perhaps a bike, to get to a supermarket or nearby hike, as there's not much within walking distance. Still, this hotel is well worth the money. The rooms are luxurious, and ours had an amazing view. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was excellent and affordable, and our dog was happy too since it's pet-friendly. I'll return if I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful time here with our dog, and there are lots of nice walks nearby. The rooms were very big and clean, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant food was great. Great value for money too.
