The setting was lovely, surrounded by greenery, and I appreciated having free parking. Our charming room had a nice bathroom, clean spaces, and perfect decoration. Breakfast was excellent and well organized, with a table assigned according to room number. Most of the staff were very kind. One gentleman at check-in could have been warmer and more helpful with information. The only other downside is that there’s no elevator to the top-floor rooms. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for everything!

We only stayed one night while visiting Salzburg Christmas Market, and were pleasantly surprised. We’d definitely recommend the hotel and plan to return for a longer visit in the Spring.

I stopped for one night on my way to Munich. It’s a very quiet hotel near salzburg, set in beautiful mountain surroundings, with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The shower and heating were cold, though.

Breakfast had a good range of food, the WiFi was good, and the owner was friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room came with free water, hand soap, body wash, and body lotion. There were some problems, though. The hairdryer broke while I was using it, and one bed kept shifting downward under even a little weight. At 23:00 pm, other guests were talking loudly and didn’t stop when asked. Since loud noise after 22:00 pm is prohibited, we couldn’t leave the window open, and the room got stuffy because there was no AC. I was staying here with my family.

We didn’t speak any German, but they made us feel completely welcome and made our trip. They took us in for a lovely dinner on Christmas Day, and we shared a table with two other people. The food and service were incredible. Thank you so much for having us that day!
