Breakfast at home was great, and the service was lovely. We were on an upper floor with no elevator, but the older owner helped carry our luggage up all those stairs. It’s a nice family-run place that’s been around for 200 years, and they also organize rafting trips.

The owner made us feel very welcome, and breakfast each morning was thoughtfully done. Our two-bedroom family room was comfortable, and the whole place was super clean. I stayed here with my husband and our three children, and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs, cooked just right. The hosts were so kind and took great care of us. We loved the setting at Pension Almhof Baumgarten, with beautiful views and a central spot that still felt peaceful. We’d happily return one day, IA, and highly recommend it.

Josef was so thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was delicious and lovingly prepared, and waking up to those lovely views was a treat. We spent three unforgettable days at Almhof Baumgarten on our first visit to this beautiful region, and it was a peaceful, lovely base. Our apartment was spacious, spotless, and decorated with a cozy Alpine feel. Everything exceeded our expectations. It’s a rare find, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Absolutely five stars!

We came here from the United States, and if you enjoy being outdoors, this is a great place to stay. There are lots of outdoor activities, and the host was wonderful.
