The proprietor was friendly and helpful, the price was very decent, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I’m quite fond of traditional Bavarian hotels like this, with a nostalgic feel instead of the modern, sterile style you often get these days. It’s beautifully set in the hills with a great view. Our room was reasonably spacious and clean, though a little basic. I didn’t notice any air conditioning, but it stayed very cool even after a hot day. We stayed just one night; the region looks like a dream for hikers and mountain bikers. The village is small and pretty, but don’t expect shops or much else. There’s an excellent restaurant about three minutes away for supper. I’d recommend staying here.

We were the only guests during our January night there, and had a good, generous breakfast with fresh eggs. The house is a bit dated, but the bathroom had been renovated and everything was spotless. My son and I felt comfortable, and we plan to come back in summer. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s exactly what you’d want from a clean, friendly bed and breakfast.

The view across the valley is beautiful, and both the rooms and apartment were clean and had everything we needed. Our short break felt like coming home because the hosts were so warm and welcoming. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed here in August 2024 while visiting the western town of Pullman City. The guesthouse sits up high and a little out of the way, which gives it a lovely valley view and plenty of peace and quiet. Breakfast was sufficient.
