I stopped in by chance and asked for a drink. They were so welcoming and happy to chat, and invited me to sit on the garden terrace. The view alone made all my worries disappear. Thank you, I’d love to come back anytime.

Surrounded by woods, the old renovated mill is rustic and idyllic, with its own pond and a little stream. It’s only a few kilometers from the highway, so it works well for my business trips, yet it feels wonderfully peaceful out in nature. Sabine and Rainer go out of their way to make my stays special, from sharing dinner to letting me cuddle the cat. I love how they make something beautiful from simple things and put sustainability first. You sleep like a baby here. Bravo.

Even with our very last-minute request, they arranged a wonderful weekend for three spontaneous bikers. A huge thank you, it couldn’t have gone better! Breakfast was excellent, the rooms and bathrooms spotless, and the setting surrounded by nature was breathtaking. This is a fantastic guesthouse in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait.
