The sauna was the one thing I really liked, and the staff were welcoming. The room was worn out, the windows let in noise and cold, and one bulb was burned out. The gym smelled bad and had three machines in poor shape. Food was plain, unseasoned, and just dropped on the plate like canteen food. We arrived after 8 p.m. and got three snacks instead of a meal, then paid €12 for two beers. Offering those beers free to make up for the missed meal would have seemed reasonable. This does not feel like a 4-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The waitress was very nice and polite, but she was sadly the only good part of our stay. The hotel feels badly dated, with no updates in years. Food was basic, mostly frozen, and tasteless. It felt like a place focused on making the most profit with the least effort, serving canteen food with overpriced drinks. I can't recommend it, especially at those absurd prices.
