The owner and his wife were super friendly, and the balcony view was amazing. I stayed in the best apartment in the house, and it was one of my best stays in Bavaria. You can walk to bicycle rental, a restaurant, and a supermarket.

We stayed five nights in the Reiteralpe holiday apartment in the Hallertau house. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even though Covid meant keeping contact to a minimum. The quiet cul-de-sac was a plus, and both the apartment and house were clean and well-kept. It’s a small but lovely place with what a couple of people need. The furnishings mix modern and rustic, and the recently renovated bathroom has a great rain shower.
