We've been coming from the same family for generations, and the place has a quiet atmosphere with parking available. The regional food and decor are both typical, and the food was just perfect. Everyone in our family found something they wanted to eat. Good value for the price.

The service made the evening even better: attentive, friendly and professional, and the value was excellent. Seven of us from Lower Franconia ate at the lovely Linde today. We know traditional Franconian food well and have spent years looking for good places around the Main/Rhön region. We'd put "Zur Linde" in Burgwallbach among the best restaurants in Lower Franconia. The dishes were outstanding and cooked just right, with simple, understated presentation. We loved the Franconian Schäufele, braised ox cheeks, pike-perch and sirloin, among other things. The roast duck was unbeatable, a real balm for a food lover's soul. Many thanks to the whole team for a wonderful evening and meal. We'll be back soon and spread the word. Keep it up! Thank you 🥰

We remember the friendly atmosphere, tasty food and warm welcome fondly. We stayed for one night on a hiking trip, and the value for money was excellent.

While on holiday in the area, our family ate here today. The service and food were excellent. We especially recommend the Schäufele (pork shoulder) and braised ox cheeks. The salmon was excellent too, with a fantastic sauce.

A cozy place with really tasty food. Definitely worth spending a few hours here.
