Pension Zum Köhler

It was wonderfully quiet, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. A very good place to stay, especially for families with children. There's a playroom for grownups too, with foosball, a pool table, and traditional pinball.

Our hosts were very thoughtful with our 18-month-old son. His highchair and everything else were already set up when we came down for breakfast, and they asked when we arrived what we'd like to eat the next day. They also shared helpful ideas for things to do nearby. The apartment surprised us with how big it was: a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast was adjusted to the number of guests. It wasn't an enormous amount of food, but there was plenty for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation. The bus stop for Triberg is practically right outside the door.

Dinner was up to us, but we could use the hot plates and kitchen utensils, and there were several restaurants in the village. There was also a room with foosball, billiards, and darts. The Köhler family were friendly and interested in how our stay was going, and gave us useful tips on nearby places to visit. The room was a little dated but still lovely, and it was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was included. They asked what we liked and whether we needed anything else.

Breakfast was excellent for the price, and the scrambled eggs were made fresh, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and there's a pool table and pinball machine too. Already looking forward to staying again!
