There's an odd smell in the downstairs bedrooms. The people were very nice, and it seems like a lovely place for kids in summer when the weather's good. In winter, though, the house gets very cold and the fireplace is the only way to warm it. Firewood costs extra, so you're paying for both the heater's gas and the wood. Other than that, everything was okay.

The kids were keen to stay longer, which says a lot about this family farm. They could milk and feed the cows, pet the kittens, and even ride horses at the neighboring farm. We had a spacious, clean place for 8 people, with a terrace that might catch the evening sun, and plenty for children to play with and explore. We were warmly welcomed with homemade cake, and enjoyed a few wonderful days on the farm and around Upper Palatinate. A. Windisch

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. We had a fantastic holiday, thanks to the wonderful hospitality and the way the holiday farm is run. The kids weren't the only ones who loved it. We'll definitely be back!!!

You can get fresh milk at this nice farm, which has lots of animals. The large holiday home is really spacious, even with two families staying there.
