Landpension Zum Schweizerberg

The children had a wonderful time, and I felt at home as soon as we arrived. The Zipser family has made a relaxing little oasis, with lots of thoughtful touches. Our room was clean and practical, just right for a few lovely days. I was lucky to come across this place on a spontaneous holiday, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating.

We followed the little path behind the house to its end and had an open view of the sunset. The area is so peaceful, with beech forest and lovely lakes all around. We stayed as a couple for a weekend in the small apartment, which was furnished with care, and we didn’t lack a thing. The two hosts were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The quiet here was wonderful, with chickens, sheep, and geese as the only sounds and sights we regularly noticed. Our small holiday apartment was lovely, clean, and tidy. On arrival, there were fresh eggs and amazingly tasty homemade jam waiting for us. We’d happily come back.

We came for peace and relaxation in a landscape that feels almost untouched, and that’s exactly what we found. Anne and Ron were helpful, friendly, and cheerful throughout. Having a nightingale singing at breakfast was a lovely extra. We’d gladly return.
