A small, family-run hotel and restaurant in a very rural setting, with a really friendly feel. Ralph, the owner and a former coal miner, has a little coal mining museum in the restaurant. Glad to come back to his "castle" anytime!

We were made to feel very welcome, and I slept like a log, which I don't say very often. The room was very clean, and the pub at the front of the building served a tasty meal. There's parking behind the building for maybe three cars, and you can park out front as well. It's centrally located for saarlouis and other main places. We stayed one night and would definitely come again.
