The hotel didn't seem especially close to Wuppertal. Getting to the rooms meant walking through lots of dark corridors, and natural light seemed lacking throughout.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms felt luxurious and were impressively clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with a lovely range of options. The location added to the hotel's charm, and the experience offered outstanding value. I recently stayed here in Schwelm, Germany, and it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The hallway noise came through a bit because the room door felt thin. Otherwise, my room was clean and very large, with a balcony. Reception was very friendly. It's a nice smaller hotel, worth the rate of 100+ Eur. I'll stay again.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and digital check-in worked flawlessly. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice too. A big plus for accepting dogs. There's a park behind the hotel where you can walk your dog.

If you're a frequent customer, sometimes an upgrade is possible. I like staying here when I'm on business in or near Schwelm. The people are lovely, the service is friendly, and the team is great. Everyone smiles, except one person, even the cleaning and room staff. Breakfast isn't grand, but it's enough. Good value for money if you book through a mobile site. Thanks to the team for truly CARING for my special needs as a vegetarian, actually pescatarian, on two occasions. Thanks to the receptionists, especially Mrs. Bentrup for remembering me.
