The central location is a plus, but the price doesn’t feel justified. There’s no restaurant, despite the description, and the entrance to the property feels cramped. The parking space is too narrow, and the stairs don’t meet DIN standards. The terrace is okay, though its decking is damaged. The parasol takes some getting used to. There’s an on-site home care service.

From the second floor, the little apartment has a huge balcony. It’s right in the center, very clean, and furnished really well.
