From the balcony, the view of the castle and Moselle makes a Moselle holiday feel complete. The panoramic windows also make breakfast by the river especially relaxing. There’s plenty of food to choose from, and it’s varied and delicious. The owner is the heart of the place, very friendly, accommodating, and funny. Many thanks to the wonderful team! Everything is clean and well maintained, and the price feels fair for what you get. There’s bike rental next door, parking beside the hotel, a bike room with charging facilities, and an elevator. The stylish, cozy lobby is a nice place to have coffee, tea, or wine with friends. Forgot your wine? The fridge has chilled wine and other drinks for a small extra charge, which seemed reasonable. If you’re going to Cochem, this is the place to stay.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to the town center, right along the Moselle promenade, and there are plenty of nearby excursions, including the Knights' Trail, which you can do in stages. Parking is behind the hotel, and cyclists have a storage room with charging stations. The hotel is well maintained, with comfortable, clean rooms and renovated bathrooms that feel fresh and modern. The owner is friendly, the room service is attentive, and breakfast has lots of fresh choices. We found the price fair, and we’d gladly stay again. One thing to watch out for: some restaurants along the promenade are very poor, so check reviews first or ask the hotel for recommendations. It’s a lovely, comfortable place for a relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the Moselle.
