Ferienhaus Spielzeughof

It’s very well placed for exploring town, and the room was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful, and breakfast was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to visit again.

There was lots to choose from at breakfast, and it was delicious. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and everything is clean.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were welcoming. The room was nice too.

The shop has a wide range of items, and we left with a bag full of Erzgebirge folk art. The 10% discount for overnight guests was very tempting :))))))). The shop staff and the owner's daughter were both friendly and accommodating. The short-haired employee at breakfast was especially kind and helpful, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and offered lots of variety during our stay at the Spielzeughof from October 23rd to 25th. We had to take a point off because of the owner's rudeness. My mother has limited mobility and couldn't handle the slope with her walker, so we fixed her breakfast and took it to the apartment. The owner angrily asked whether my mother was "eating that much for breakfast" and said I should fetch the coffee pot if she wanted coffee. I had to leave my own breakfast to get it. It also seemed to me that she gets annoyed when several guests are in the breakfast room at once. The natural mountain terrain makes getting around difficult for people with mobility problems, especially walking. I would gladly have given five stars, but the owner's behavior changed that. We went home with a bag full of Erzgebirge folk art :)))))).
