Apartments am Schloßpark

We had a very pleasant stay, and my family and I would book again on our next vacation. The place was clean, cozy, stylish, and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. It’s easy to get to supermarkets, and the lake and some shops are within walking distance.

The apartment felt welcoming, almost like coming home in the evening, and I’d recommend it to friends and family. We used it as a base for trips around eastern Germany. The managers suggested some great places, especially Dresdener Heide, a huge forest that was lovely for a walk or a proper hike, and Dresden, which was a remarkable experience if you enjoy historical places. Our third-floor room was just right for the kind of vacation we had planned, and everything was as expected. I liked having a full kitchen with all the essentials, though we didn’t need more than that. There was also a safe in the closet, and our room had a lovely view over Schloßpark and the city Senftenberg. We were there during a partial coronavirus lockdown, so the museums were closed. That was okay with me. We enjoyed the surrounding landscapes and rode bikes around Senftenberger See. We rented the bikes from the apartment staff, and that was a nice experience too. I didn’t see much of Senftenberg itself because of the partial lockdown, but we enjoyed the stay so much that we’ll definitely come back.

The apartments are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff were kind and helpful. The area around them is a lovely place to unwind after a busy day.

Everything was fine. I was surprised there was a kitchen, which was a nice bonus.
