Changing an appointment was easy and completely hassle-free. I felt at home from the start, and the apartment was beautiful and well looked after. Perfect from beginning to end. I'd happily stay again :)

The apartments have underfloor heating, and nearly all of them come with a small router for internet. Some also have a little wood-burning stove, though you may not feel like using it. The holiday homes and apartments are laid out nicely.

My husband and I spent a week at Lotte and were absolutely delighted. The place was spotlessly clean, and getting the keys was perfectly arranged. We'd love to return.

We had a lovely stay and holiday here. There are lots of thoughtful details in the furnishings, and we'll definitely come back.
