We arrived late because our bus was delayed, and were told the room we'd booked was no longer available because it was after 18:00. What kind of hotel cancels a room after 18:00? The customer service was terrible. I had a terrible experience last year and would sooner sleep on the street next time. I'm German, and the receptionist / manager was unfriendly and completely unprofessional, as well as racist, as other reviews say. I'll never support the hotels group again and will make sure people hear about this bad experience. Maybe try changing something instead of posting poor apologies in online comments. Ever heard of customer service? That's the industry you're in!

I felt so welcome during my seven days at Garni-Tell, and the whole stay was great. Mr Phillips was friendly and caring. My room was comfortable, the shower was warm, and breakfast was delicious. They prepared it early for me because of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks, and I hope to come back soon.

It's outside the city center, but a bus runs every hour from almost right in front of the hotel. The surroundings are very calm, and the workers were helpful and polite. I'd definitely recommend it!
