The terrace view was lovely, and the restaurant interior was nice. My husband and I invited friends for a special dinner last Friday. A waiter took the order for all four of us, and with only one other occupied table, we expected the food soon. After half an hour, another waitress came to confirm our friends’ order, without explaining why. Their meals arrived 40 minutes later, while we were still waiting. Eventually, after an hour and a half, we asked what was taking so long and were told our order had never been placed, so there was no dinner coming for us. We left hungry and deeply disappointed. This has never happened to us anywhere before, and we’ve visited 40 countries. We won’t return or recommend the restaurant to friends.

Waking up to the view of mountains, clouds, and the whole city was magnificent. The hotel staff were amazing and extremely helpful, especially with our luggage at check-in and check-out, and with everything else too. Their free breakfast had a lot of choices. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siegen.

A nice hotel with a bar, and the breakfast is the best part. The staff are welcoming and helpful.
