We stayed for two weeks. The place was spotless, and the hosts were extremely friendly and very reasonable. The internet and Wi-Fi connection could be fixed, though. Thanks, Renate.

It's a lovely apartment in a very secluded spot. The beds are quite worn, unfortunately, and the place feels a bit dated. Still, everything was very clean and well equipped.

The apartment was okay as a place to stay, though it's an older one. We're used to being welcomed promptly, so arriving to a cold place was a bit of a shock after driving more than 500 km. The heating hadn't been switched on. The refrigerator was broken, and there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom. I really needed to go, too.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, and picking up the key from the safe by the front door was completely hassle-free. Monschau, Hohes Venn, and the Rur Dam are all a short trip away. It's especially good for dog owners around New Year's, since I've never encountered so few fireworks. I'd happily stay again!

For a family of four, this is a spacious and neatly maintained holiday home at a great price. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You can get to Monschau, Aachen, Rursee, and the High Fens quickly.
