The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included fresh fruit, homemade jams, different breads, cheese, and cereals. It's a hotel right by the lake, with large, comfortable rooms that look out over the water.

The location is great for walking and cycling, and everyone was friendly. Our room was clean and had a lovely view, and there was a wide choice at breakfast. Free coffee and pie for guests were a nice touch. Great value, and we're definitely coming back.

The breakfast was sparse, just a little of everything. We also couldn't fully enjoy the lovely view from the cafe Konditerei Henn. The owners had put cards with names on the tables, and even though another table was free, they wouldn't let us move. That was really disappointing.

We stayed with our 10-month-old baby, and everything went really well. It's a quiet, child-friendly hotel, with an amazing view from most rooms and breakfast served on site. The staff barely speak English, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The location was perfect for exploring Eifel national park on foot, by bike, or by car. Our modern room had the amenities we needed, and the staff were friendly. There was plenty of free parking on site and a good breakfast buffet. Just make sure to check in before 1800, since the staff leave shortly after.
