The scenery around Enjoy Hotel Haus am See in Einruhr, Eifel, Germany is beautiful, with lovely walks nearby. We had a clean, comfortable room and enjoyed the good food. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. It was fantastic!

Lovely surroundings and walking routes. The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were fine.

It’s a lovely location, but the hotel and service were dreadful. The rooms are very old and ugly, the staff unfriendly, and the food terrible. The pool was cold, and going between buildings meant walking outside in the cold. I wouldn’t go back to Enjoy Hotels. It may not be expensive, but the drive here was a waste of time.

We tried to have dinner there last night, but the waiter snapped at us in the rudest way, saying they only serve food to hotel guests. That restriction itself wasn’t an issue. It was how appallingly he spoke to us.

Dinner was great, the one bright spot. The place itself felt old and had no atmosphere. There were lots of stairs, the pool was cold, and access to the room was from outside. The manager was no help and showed no interest in the guests.
