We never arrived because I made a mistake with the booking date without noticing. The hotel replied to my request the morning after the booking date to confirm parking, so they had also missed the wrong date. When I called from the road that afternoon, they pointed out the date error and offered us another booking at the same price. That meant paying double because of the mistake. I would have expected at least a discount, or a warning when they saw we'd booked but hadn't arrived. A poor experience. Never again.

The underground parking felt secure and was easy to reach from inside the hotel, so we could get to the car with our bags without going outside. The staff were wonderful, spoke English very well, and were ready to help. With our four-year-old, we needed a few extra things, and they brought them right away with a smile. Customer service was top level. The rooms were comfortable and met our expectations, though USB sockets in the walls would be a nice modern touch.

Appartis is a quaint, nice hotel, and it's immaculate. What really makes it stand out is the staff. They're incredibly kind, helpful, competent, and quietly confident, with genuine smiles and service. I'd put their service alongside VIP treatment at the finest Hilton.

We needed somewhere for just the evening, and this place was a perfect fit. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was the best we've had at a German hotel. The location is great, within walking distance of everything in the area. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting from out of town.

Great value, very clean, and the staff were really helpful. It's just a couple of minutes on foot from central Sindelfingen and easy to reach by car. We found street parking nearby without trouble, even after 18:00.
