Our top-floor apartment had a lovely view, and sunrise from up there was beautiful. It was very quiet and relaxing, and the landlord was friendly and had everything well organized. The quick-start guides for some of the appliances were especially useful, so we could get them working right away. You can sometimes hear a little airport noise when the wind is a certain way, if you listen for it, but it didn’t bother us. Sohren doesn’t have the same holiday feel as some spots right on the Moselle, though it worked well for our stay. We could easily drive to all our hiking destinations, and the traffic noise in the Moselle Valley was quite unpleasant even while hiking.

It was a peaceful place to spend our holiday, with lovely views. We’d be glad to return.
