I booked a single for one night and got a double room instead. The owners and staff were super friendly, and the room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was under 10 Euros and had everything I needed. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it for the value.

I've spent most of the stay wishing I could go back home. In the room, there were paintings spelling out Home, and I kept thinking how much better it would be to sleep there. There are several train tracks beside the hotel. On a hot day the room gets hot, but opening the windows is painfully loud. There's no air-conditioning. If you know you're next to tracks and even put up a warning about the noise, you'd think you'd install powerful AC. Apparently they haven't. It's a cheap-ish hotel, but the price still doesn't feel right. I'd rather be incarcerated.

The staff were really nice, and I was given a free room upgrade. It does show its age, though. You can hear trains going past, which might bother you if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast was okay.

The rooms were simple but comfortable, and restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk away. The complimentary water bottles are quite small, so you may need to buy more. Also, the bathtub looked dark once the bath curtains were drawn.
