It might be okay for groups, but I wouldn't recommend it for a group of teenage students. It's near stores and the beds are quite nice, but some rooms have TVs that won't turn on or can't show channels and apps. The doors creak, the wooden floors and thin walls let noise through, and one friend's room had such an unbearable cigarette smell that it was hard to sleep. Some bathroom doors don't close properly either. At breakfast, the fruit tasted strangely rotten, which was concerning. The place is old, to say the least.

We needed somewhere to stay that same night, and booking and getting the key were no problem. I was worried they wouldn't understand me since I don't speak German, but everyone spoke understandable English. The building looks older, and the rooms are a bit small, but they fit the very affordable price. Breakfast was included and good. We had a very nice stay.

The staff spoke to us with no respect. In show business they say customers come first, right or wrong, and service should still be respectful. The hotel is old, and the stairs and hallway smell like pee. We were yelled at for going in and out of the front door too many times, even just to get something from our car. The price is too high, and breakfast is boring. My family and I will never return, and we'll tell everyone we know to stay away.

It's central, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are old but comfortable, and the place has some charm. It can take a while for warm water to come through the faucet. 😅
