Everything was fine and reliable, and I love my Hästensbed. Mister Douverne was kind and his service was great. I'd buy there again. Jana

After spending two nights in the wonderful hotel suite, I decided to buy a Hästens bed. The suite had everything: a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom, and a cozy living room with a loggia. André listened carefully to what I needed and gave me a thorough consultation, showing me what suited me best. Delivery to Switzerland went perfectly, and I'm sleeping like a baby in my new bed. The hosts are picture-perfect: courteous, service-oriented, friendly, genuinely interested, always available, and happy to answer questions.

Sommerach is a real paradise, and the enjoyment, breakfast, service, interior, and especially the Douverne family's warmth are unparalleled. We love the beds so much that we now have our own Hästens! We packed the beautiful bed linens, down comforters, pillows, and delicious wine right away. We'll be back to stock up again. Many thanks, Frank & Christiane.

The Douverne family gave expert advice, and their selection of Hästens beds is probably the largest in Germany. Being able to "test sleep" on one in the hotel first is fantastic. The delivery was unforgettable: father and son arrived in white overshoes and gloves and assembled the bed professionally. They were lovely people, and the whole interaction was very pleasant. The bed quality and service are both perfect.
