The free public transport pass the hotel provided during my stay was great, and the staff were super friendly. I arrived very early after a long flight and got an early check-in without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The continental breakfast was very good, and the refurbished dining area has a nice garden view. The room was clean, but very outdated, with only basic amenities and no safe or extra security door lock. Despite facing the street, I didn't find it noisy at night. I stayed one night for a trade fair, so the price was very high. The main station is a two-minute walk away, with easy access to the fairground and airport.

I returned after a great stay in August 2025, but this visit was very different. From my second-floor room, I could hear the trams all night even with the windows shut, and it was hard to sleep. That hadn't been a problem on my earlier stay on a higher floor. Near the end of this visit, I noticed black mould around the bathroom window, which I wouldn't expect in a hotel. There was also a serious privacy and security issue: a friend travelling with me had their room entered twice, once by another couple who had mistakenly been given access. Before posting this review, I contacted the hotel to give them a chance to resolve things. They declined any compensation and ended communication. Based on this stay, I wouldn't return.

We were given a VRR travel card that covered public transport and domestic trains across the VRR, which definitely saved us a lot of money. The room was quite okay and cleaned daily. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from Hbf. Thank you!

The room was really nice and clean, and the staff were kind. It's very close to the train station. The only bad thing was the elevator, which didn't look safe.
