2/10
Fresh breakfast products were the only reason I gave it one star. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was child-sized. The rooms smelled bad, the heaters were off, and the service was unpleasant. Nobody explained any of the hotel services, and the place made me feel like I was in a haunted house.

The kitchen was very good, and the hotel was clean. We got a warm welcome, too. Breakfast could use more variety.

The staff are so sweet, and breakfast is tasty and filling. We could also play bowling for free.

The hosts were really nice, and the food was delicious. It's a good hotel and restaurant.

The people weren't very friendly compared with other places in Germany, and the heater didn't get warm enough.
