We found the apartment very clean, well equipped and peaceful, and our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a great starting point for exploring the Bavarian Forest around Spiegelau. We’d recommend it without hesitation and will be back. October 19-21, 2024 Uwe F.

It’s hard to beat the value for money here. The apartment’s interior may be a little dated, but it was spotless. It’s a lovely quiet place to unwind after a full day hiking in the Bayerische Wald nature area. Easy to get to, too, and the host is very friendly.

The apartments are bright and lovely, with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The landlady is very friendly. We always enjoy coming back.

We had a great three-night stay. It was peaceful, with a balcony looking out over the greenery, and the owners were lovely. It’s not a luxurious place, but it had everything we needed and was very good value. We could easily walk to a bakery and a restaurant.
