It was loud and noisy.

The owners also run a restaurant right next door, and the food there is fresh, delicious, and carefully prepared. They’re warm, open people who are easy to talk to, and they make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is central, with everything within easy walking distance and parking right outside. It’s a peaceful, cozy, beautiful place that feels like home as soon as you arrive, and it’s very family-friendly. The value for money is hard to beat. I come back once or twice a year and plan to keep doing so. See you next year!

It’s on a busy intersection, so the traffic can be heard, though it’s mostly manageable when you’re really tired. The curtains block out the light well, so I didn’t see much need for the sleep masks. I would’ve preferred earplugs instead. The rooms and showers were clean, with no mold in the showers. The double beds are basically two singles pushed together, and they cost more than a twin room. Disposable slippers are a nice extra. All in all, pretty good.

The room was very spacious, and we could store our bikes under cover in the courtyard. We stopped for one night during our bike tour and skipped breakfast. The price for what you get is very good.
