The dinner was a highlight, with excellent food and flavors, and the breakfast buffet had one of the biggest selections I've seen. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless, quiet, and comfortable for a great night's sleep. Everything about my stay at HVJS was top-notch. Sarah's concierge service was especially outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make things seamless. A fantastic stay, 10/10. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The suite was great and had a nice view. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the staff kindly held onto them so I could pick them up the next day.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everyone on staff was welcoming. It’s a handy base for seeing Bavaria, with Alpine sights no more than about an hour away by car. I’d recommend it.

We felt safe walking to the train station, even after dark; it’s about an 8-10 minute walk. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and breakfast had a nicely stocked buffet. One familiar hotel annoyance was the shower: water ended up all over the bathroom floor. We enjoyed our stay while visiting Munich.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were the highlight, though some other meals felt pricey for the small portions. We were there for a seminar, and had a great time. The service was among the best, the rooms were great, with a minibar and AC, and there’s plenty to do nearby, including the lake. I’d recommend it for work or for time with family and friends.
