The location is excellent, and the room was standard. I arrived at midnight for a one-night stay, and check-in went smoothly thanks to the great reception staff. Just be aware that they put a temporary hold or deposit on your credit card at check-in for incidentals. It’s released after checkout as long as there are no extra charges or damage.

We stayed for a couple of nights as a family. The hotel is above a shopping centre with a good range of places to eat, and there are two stations just a short walk away. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. We faced the road but only heard emergency services.

Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby and a mall and several restaurants close by. The room matched its description and was clean, with comfortable bedding, a working TV and an okay bathroom. The minibar was there but empty, though you could buy things at reception. Wi-Fi was good too. Breakfast was decent, maybe a 7 or 8 out of 10, but the crowds made it poorly organised. The scrambled eggs weren’t very tasty, and the juice came from a machine. Parking cost 35€, and it would be great if the hotel had some allocated spaces in the mall car park.

There are football, pool and dart games on the lobby floor. The rooms themselves are basic, and the location is handy beside a mall, a library and a bus stop with service to the train station. Staff seemed unmotivated and didn’t make eye contact with us. Breakfast also had very few food choices.

The service was very good, while breakfast options were average. Our room was clean and functional, though the pillows could use replacing. The hotel sits right above a Ubahn station and is about two blocks from the main train station.
