Park Inn by Radisson Stuttgart

The front desk team made this stay stand out. Efrain, Livia, and Onur were great with guests. Efrain took time to explain different parts of Stuttgart, which was especially useful while I’m looking for an apartment. Livia helped print and scan important papers, saving me stress and time, and Onur sorted out changes to my booking smoothly and professionally. Management should consider a raise to help keep people this talented. The Park Inn by Radisson Stuttgart is also in an excellent spot for getting around the city. I had a fantastic visit and would definitely stay again.

Room 423 had a terrible smell in the bathroom and on the pillows. I couldn’t get through to reception from the room, so I went down myself and asked for two clean pillows. The sink water drained very slowly, the room didn’t seem clean, and urine smell came from the drains. The hairdryer was rusty. I recorded videos and sent them to the relevant department, but got only a superficial reply. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, spend your money on better accommodation.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great choice of cheese, ham, tea, coffee, bread, fruit, and vegetables. Our room was clean and big enough, and they provided a crib for our daughter. The staff were very helpful, and although there’s no hotel parking, they helped us arrange a nearby lot for a reasonable €16 a day. Rewe and dm are next door, and it’s easy to get to the center, about a 7-8 minute drive or by train or metro. The hotel was also easy to reach from the airport. I’ll definitely choose it again when I’m back in Stuttgart.

We don’t drink, so we depended on public transport, and this hotel’s location made that easy. Rewe and DM are right beside it too. We were in town for a birthday, and Park Inn by Radisson Stuttgart surprised me with cake and wine, such an unexpected treat. Our membership included breakfast, which was great. A superb stay! :)
