The front desk staff member, a young guy, was nice and really tried to help, though there was only so much he could do. I'm here on a business trip and can't switch hotels. On this return visit, we're staying seven days, and moving us to a higher floor was meant to get us away from the knocking. It was our first night there and the loud knocking still woke me up. Guests come to a hotel to relax and be comfortable, so they should have closed off or avoided assigning rooms anywhere near it. I also had trouble with the locks and had to go downstairs twice. Roaches have been spotted in other rooms, and some room fridges don't work. This hotel needs to close for renovations and reopen afterward. I've stayed at other domero brands that weren't like this. My first review was about the construction directly above us. It ran from 8am or earlier until 6pm, and nobody wants to hear that all day. We complained and were supposed to be moved, but it didn't happen. They should close the floors beside or below the construction. The lobby looks good, but the rest was far from that impression. Breakfast was poor too, with soggy pancakes and undercooked bacon. Just a bad experience.

The employees were doing their best, but the place was seriously understaffed. There was only one person at reception, with around 50 people waiting to check in. We ended up missing dinner to make it to the show. The room felt sterile and uninteresting, and the heating didn't work. The bathroom was okay, but this is really a one-night-at-most kind of place. Breakfast was disappointing, with tiny buffet portions that kept running out. It seems poorly managed and survives on being close to the Palladium theatre. If you've booked a show, you feel stuck staying here.

The hotel was clean, but during our three-night stay there was no housekeeping at all, even after I asked several times for fresh towels. The rooms stayed unclean throughout. I probably wouldn't choose it again.

The room was spacious and the location convenient. My only complaints were that the AC didn't work properly and made some noise when it was on. Otherwise, it's a good hotel.

I'd avoid staying here. Renovations were going on from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and there was no power in the sockets or light in the bathroom. The rooms weren't cleaned regularly, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. There weren't even basic things like coffee or a way to make a hot drink. Hotel guests also don't get free parking. A very disappointing stay.
