Motel One Stuttgart-Feuerbach

The hotel has spacious rooms, a good breakfast buffet and a cosy bar, and most of the staff were great. But the room doors slam so loudly when they close that I was woken in the middle of the night or early morning, even by doors closing on other floors. I can’t understand why anyone would install a mechanism like that throughout the hotel. The other problem was the grumpy man at the counter. He really upset me when I asked how to get dinner, and he was a total contrast to the otherwise amazing staff. Without those problems, I might have loved the stay. As it was, it was only okay.

A clean, convenient hotel for visiting Stuttgart, the surrounding area or for work. The staff are especially attentive, helpful and friendly. I had to leave at 5:00am for a flight and couldn’t have the breakfast I’d paid for. Pouya at reception checked that my taxi had arrived and gave me a small bag and a coffee cup. That was very kind of him. Thanks, man.

Just another Motel Once from the chain. The breakfast was okay, about as cheap as they come, and the coffee from the machines tasted terrible. They should use better beans.

Our family room looked nice, though the view was mediocre. It was a little too small, and really should have had a mini fridge and a bigger table. The whole place was tidy and pleasant, and the staff were super nice and kind.
