Premier Inn Stuttgart Zuffenhausen

The U-Bahn is five minutes away, Lidl is two minutes away, Porsche Museum is 7.8 minutes, and S-Bahn Zuffenhausen is 15 minutes away. I liked the outdoor terrace most, with its comfortable chairs where you can relax or smoke. The hotel is clean and attractive, and the restaurant/café is good. Prices are okay, the pizza is tasty, and the coffee too. The front desk guys and girls were great, and Maria, who keeps the rooms, is very kind. The downside is that you can't smoke indoors, even IQOS or vape, and the window only opens a little, so it's hard to get air into the room. I'd definitely come back.

The room was awesome, the parking spacious, and the price very reasonable. It felt like 2016 prices for exceptional quality. I've stayed at other Premier Inn hotels, and this one didn't disappoint. One tip for arriving late: don't use the back entrance from the parking lot, because you need a room card to get in that way. Thanks for the service!

I needed to move my booking by one week because my plans changed unexpectedly, but management wouldn't try to accommodate even a simple date change. They told me to cancel and rebook, which would mean losing 90% of my money to the cancellation fee. That feels like a rip-off and very poor customer support. A reputable hotel should offer reasonable solutions for a scheduling change instead of taking so much money. I'll cancel, take my business elsewhere, and make sure friends and colleagues avoid this place. Utterly unprofessional.

It's a new, cozy hotel with stylish, well-designed interiors and excellent family rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the location is close to the city center, Porsche Museum, and highway. Breakfast is quite expensive at €17 per person, and the unsecured parking price raises questions. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend it.
