From 28/11-01/12, there was no internet in the hotel. The staff didn't seem to care about how inconvenient that was, and didn't even offer to reimburse what I spent on mobile data. That's not the customer service I'd expect from such a well known company. Breakfast was very modest too, especially for a hotel presented as 4*.

This is the most beautiful hotel in Stuttgart, worth more than 100 stars. I love this beautiful place, and I live here ❤️

Getting to the airport was easy, and the staff were friendly.

For my own needs, the location isn't convenient because it's far from Stuttgart, where the school, doctors, and other things are. Those are personal reasons and shouldn't affect my rating, though. Getting to the airport is very convenient, and the transport connections are good. The rooms are small but cozy, and the staff are polite and know their jobs. The biggest plus by far is that you can bring animals! I'm ready to give you lots of stars for that. Thank you so much! 🥰

Thank you for supporting and accommodating Ukrainian refugees fleeing Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine.
