The room was really cozy and clean, and the bathroom had enough space with a nice shower-tub. We hit a snag checking in, but one call with a lovely woman sorted it out. A very nice hotel.

We had a lovely stay and would happily stop here again. The room was nice and breakfast was lovely too. We stayed one night while travelling from phantasialand to europa park.

Loved the modern, clean room and the whole vibe 🤩 The little lake around the castle could use some attention, though, since it was covered in green algae. For the price, I also hoped for better quality meat at breakfast. Fix those things and it’d be 5*.

No restaurant, no bar, and the lounge was locked. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception closed, and the key machine didn’t work. Eventually a staff member turned up and let us in with a pass key. The room might have passed in a two-star place, but not in one claiming four-star luxury. It felt cheap and cheerless. Nobody helped with our bags up the slippery steel stairs. A really poor stay, never again.

We were a family of four, and the kids had their own room with bunk beds. Breakfast had a nice range of food that suited all of us. The village was welcoming and had lots of places to eat, with local shops nearby and supermarkets just down the road. A beautiful place to stay.
