For what I paid, I’m happy with my choice, especially compared with hotel prices in the surrounding area. It’s a no-frills place: a standard room has a bed, small table and chair, TV, wardrobe, and a small bathroom with a tiny shower. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep. There’s breakfast, but no pool, bar, or other amenities. Parking is very difficult, even just for check-in, and the hotel lot is pricey. My room wasn’t especially clean when I arrived. There were hairs on the pillow and the toilet was quite yellowed. The towels and toilet paper were surprisingly good quality, the mattress was decent, and the cleaning staff I met in the halls were friendly. Check-in itself is done at a machine by the door, so I didn’t interact with anyone there.

H24 HOTELTOW is a practical, affordable choice if convenience matters more than luxury. The modern rooms have basic comforts and free Wi-Fi, and the location on Berlin’s outskirts is reachable by tram. There’s a restaurant serving regional food, and guests appreciate the free parking. The rooms may feel small to some, and breakfast could have more variety, but the place is clean and good value for an efficient stay near Berlin.

There’s free parking, and the room was clean and warm, which was enough for me. I didn’t eat breakfast there, so I can’t comment on it. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. From there, it’s a 20-minute train ride to Potsdamer platz, so about 30 minutes total from the hotel.

The hotel is nice and good value, with a Dominos pizza right on the corner and some shops nearby. Check-in at the machine outside was quick and easy. The room and shower were a decent size, there were enough towels, and they left water on the table. We had a cat with us and were charged €15, which feels too expensive. Since cats go under the bed and get dirty, I’d expect the room to be clean underneath if there’s a nightly pet fee. Our cat came out dusty and dirty 😊
