The room was very clean, and the owner was really friendly. There’s a place to sit outside, plus a fully equipped kitchen for guests to make their own food since breakfast isn’t provided. The lounge has shelves of books on all kinds of subjects and a few games. There’s a lovely swimming pond and a gondola pond nearby, with a snack stand by the gondola pond and a kiosk at the swimming pond. Klingenberg is also a quick drive away, with an Indian restaurant, a Penny, and the so-called "Essigschneider und Senfmühle". You can get everything there, and it’s surprising how many kinds of mustard and vinegar they have. Our only real bother was that our room faced a busy road. There are rooms on the forest side as well.

We'd happily stay again. The price was very fair, and the landlady was warm and attentive. Parking is right outside the house. There’s a shared room with plenty of books across different subjects, children’s toys, tables, and a self-catering kitchen. You can use the fridge and make coffee or tea, so the basics are all there. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a double bed and a cot we didn’t need, plus a lovely forest view. With the window open, we could hear different birds singing. The bathroom was spotless too, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. The ceiling heat lamp was nice for me, though my wife was too short to enjoy it. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable. The only small hiccup was at checkout: we couldn’t find the landlady and had some trouble returning the keys. Probably just a one-off.

Everything went smoothly and was completely uncomplicated. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were lovely, super clean, and tidy. Looking forward to coming back!

We paid €55 for one night for two people, which seemed fair. The room was neat and clean, with a private bathroom. Breakfast wasn't available that day, but the staff were still super friendly.

We got a room at very short notice, and the owner looked after us well. The guesthouse is charmingly furnished and very clean. Definitely recommend it.
