The room and shared areas were spotless, and breakfast was superb. The hosts were kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s about 10 minutes from Titisee, in a quiet, relaxing spot in the heart of the Black Forest. They also own Sallenhof, a restaurant about 1 km down the road, which we enjoyed. We had a very pleasant stay.

The food was first class, the views were stunning, and our room was immaculate with every extra we could have asked for. Helmut and his family looked after us from arrival to departure and couldn’t have done more. Don’t worry that there’s no reception, just call the number and wait for the world’s greatest hosts to arrive. We’ll definitely stay again and again. 10/10.

The view is amazing, and it’s a lovely place to relax. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was super delicious. Their restaurant, just 1 km away, served us the best cordon bleu we’ve ever had. 😋

Helmut and his family are fantastic hosts and really couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is spacious and clean. They also run a restaurant down the road and drove us there and back for free. The food is hearty, so you won’t go hungry. I stayed last night and will definitely be back.
