I can't recommend this provider after a frustrating inquiry about two suites for four nights. The website gives prices starting at €100.00, but when I emailed on July 12, 2020, I was told the Old Town suites' rack rate during peak season was €200 per night, including breakfast buffet. I was surprised, since the website doesn't mention seasons or seasonal prices. It says breakfast can be added for €15, but I didn't want breakfast at all. When I asked again because the price still wasn't clear, the provider said the Old Town suites are rented exclusively with hotel service on all weekends. I couldn't find that condition on the website either; it only came up after I asked. The suite and service descriptions are otherwise comprehensive and informative, so I asked why these important details weren't listed. The written reply was, "Not every piece of information needs to be on a website in advance." I disagree.
