It was rather run-down. It belongs to Goldenes Lamm in the same village.

The food was very good, and the staff were really friendly. We stayed at the Gasthof Sonne on a half-board arrangement, with meals at the Goldenes Lamm. Everything worked out perfectly.

6/10
The beer garden at Gasthof zum Goldenen Lamm is lovely, and the food there is excellent. The house is managed by them. At the former inn, though, the entrance looks neglected and needs renovation. The room was modest but clean and tidy, and the fly screens came in handy. The bathroom was rather poor.

Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone, and you can ask for fresh fried or scrambled eggs. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms were clean and functional, and the hotel felt cozy. Excellent value for money.
